Life Craft Returns & Refund Policy

At Life Craft, we value the commitment families make to our programs and the care we invest in preparing each session. Because of the time, resources, and materials dedicated to each child’s experience, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility for families with fairness to our facilitators.
Cancellations and Credits:
More than 48 hours’ notice:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a booked session will receive a $35 credit per child. This credit can be applied to any future Life Craft program within 6 months of issue.
Within 24 hours of the session:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund or credit, as preparation and materials have already been arranged.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows:
No refunds or credits are available for same-day cancellations or non-attendance. The full session fee will still apply.
Refunds
Life Craft does not issue cash refunds for change of mind, illness, or scheduling conflicts.
In the event that Life Craft needs to cancel a session (e.g., facilitator illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered:
A full credit towards another session or program, or
A full refund, depending on your preference.
Payment Adjustments
If a session is rescheduled by Life Craft and the new date does not suit, a refund or credit will be provided.
For families on custom payment plans, adjustments will be handled on a case-by-case basis in alignment with the above policies.
