Program Structure
At Life Craft learning is experiential. Topics of learning for life are age appropriate and woven into our activities with care and thought. We complete one to two art/craft activities per day as well as plenty of time playing and simply being.
What’s Included
All creative materials are provided. Sessions are led by a professionally trained art therapist who nurtures curiosity and emotional expression. Parents must provide lunch, snacks, water and sun protection.
Session Lengths
Thursday sessions run weekly throughout the Queensland school terms, and last for five and a half hours (9:30-3pm) allowing space for gentle guidance, open play, and shared reflection.
Age Groups
For ages 7–10, these sessions are perfect for growing confidence, exploring creativity, and learning to navigate the world of emotions we face in life. Tuesdays and Thursdays’ curriculum focusses on friendships, understanding our physical and emotional bodies, and positive coping.
● Life Craft Philosophy
Our Approach
Between paintbrushes and laughter, stories and stillness, something special unfolds. Children form friendships, find new ways to express themselves, and begin to see learning as a joyful, living process. These are the moments that stay with them long after the session ends.
